Welcome to Pure Peak! These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online store by individual consumers (C2B transactions). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
 

Definitions:

3. “Products” refers to the goods offered for sale on our online store.
    

​Products and Availability:

1. All our products are made with ethically sourced, natural ingredients. While we strive for accuracy, the availability of products is subject to change without prior notice.

2. Due to the natural variations in ingredients, slight differences in color or texture may occur between batches of the same product. This is a normal occurrence and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

3. Products are sold on an “as-is” basis, and we do not guarantee that descriptions or product colors will match perfectly with what you see on the website due to varying screen resolutions.

1. Orders can only be placed via our online store.

2. You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, such as the right address for shipment of your order.

3. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.

4. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including in cases of payment issues or product unavailability.
    

​Pricing and Payment:

1. ​All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment is due at the time of purchase via the methods available at checkout.

3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price at the time of purchase will apply.
    

​Shipping and Delivery:

1. We currently offer delivery across South Africa, with a pick-up option available in George.

2. Shipping costs, times, and options are displayed during checkout.

3. Once dispatched, Pure Peak is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

4. We freeze or refrigerate most of our products immediately after production to preserve freshness and ensure premium quality and we aim to deliver our products in their frozen state. However, due to transport conditions, some partial defrosting may occur. This does not affect the quality of the product. If defrosting has occurred, you can safely place the product back in the freezer or leave it to defrost completely for immediate use.
    

​Returns and Refunds:

1. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for perishable or opened items.

2. Refunds may be issued for products damaged during transit or other problems with the product. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photo evidence.
    

​Health Disclaimer:

1. Our products are made with high-quality, natural ingredients and aim to support overall health and wellness. However, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

2. If you have specific health concerns or allergies, consult a healthcare professional before using our products.
    

​Allergens:

1. Some of our products are made with ingredients that may trigger allergies, including but not limited to dairy, nuts, and other common allergens.

2. While we take precautions to clearly label allergen information on our packaging, it is your responsibility to read product labels and determine suitability for consumption.

3. Pure Peak is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please consult with us before purchasing.
