Are your products safe for people with lactose intolerance?Many of our products, like our tallow products and bone broths, are dairy-free. However, other products, such as our smoothies and ice cream, carry an allergen notice like "may contain traces of cow’s milk" or "contains cow's milk." This is because they contain fermented dairy like milk kefir or kefir whey, which are naturally low in lactose and easier to digest for many people with mild lactose intolerance. We’ve had many lactose-sensitive customers report no issues enjoying our smoothies and ice cream. That said, while fermentation reduces lactose, these products still contain dairy. So if you have severe lactose intolerance or a dairy allergy, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before trying them.

For items that we’ve delivered frozen, simply place them back into the freezer until you're ready to enjoy them. When will I receive my order?Orders placed between Monday and Wednesday (before 10:00 a.m.) are processed and shipped within the same week. Orders placed after Wednesday (10:00 a.m.) are shipped the following Monday. Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–3 business days. What if my products arrive partially defrosted?We take great care in packaging our frozen products, using insulated materials and cold packs to keep them cool during transit. However, slight defrosting can happen, especially during longer deliveries or warmer conditions. This is completely normal and doesn’t impact the quality or safety of the products. If this happened, simply place the items back in the freezer to maintain their freshness. Alternatively, if you’re ready to enjoy them, let them fully defrost and follow the preparation instructions.
